Frye Roofing, Inc. is looking for someone to lead one of our repair crews.

We expect you to manage repairs on EPDM, TPO, PVC & Shingles. We want you to treat our

customers and their structures as if they were your own.

You will be expected to consistently achieve the following:

• Understand that safety is our #1 priority AT ALL TIMES, regardless of the pitch. Our goal is to get every employee home to their families… every night!
• Lead your team and act in a professional manner.
• Be positive.
• Have great communication skills.
• Monitor performance of your crew member(s) on an ongoing basis. Make notes of both good and bad behaviors, in order to reward, coach, or discipline the employee via written documentation.
• Follow ALL company policies.
• Follow manufacturer’s specifications, best roofing practices, and make sure your crew does as well.
• Teach and instruct crew members, as well as to be involved with the work. You must demonstrate a healthy balance of leadership and labor related activities.

• Entitlement-Understand that you are not entitled to anything, raises and/or promotions are earned.

Salary: $20-25 per hour

• We only work out of town/overnights 5% of the time- Meaning you will be home nightly for the other 95%.

Drivers license: Preferred

We generally stay within our 150-mile radius and home nightly. Some weekends and/or out-of-town overnights may be required based on needs.

Willing to train the right person/people.

• You must follow proper safety procedures AT ALL TIMES! .

• Knowledge and experience in commercial and residential roofing systems - specifically shingles, EPDM, TPO & PVC is a plus

• Ability to work independently to meet quality and production goals.

• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Ability to climb ladders, stairways, and scaffolding.

• Ability to perform general physical activities in construction areas

• General knowledge of construction materials and tools involved in the assembly, installation, or repair of roofing structures.

• Ability to use oral or written communication to convey information effectively.

We expect you to manage installations of our roof systems as if they were over your own house or business - protecting your most prized possessions - your family. When you walk away from the finished project, we want you and your crew to look back, be confident, and proud of what you’ve accomplished!!
